Gentle breathwork or movement may be woven in to help you reconnect with your body and ground your insights, but the heart of this session is deep, supportive coaching designed to move you forward.

I’m passionate about cultivating a healthy lifestyle, fostering personal growth, and building stronger communities through creativity, mindfulness, and movement.
Originally from the Midwest, I moved to New York City in 1996 to follow my calling. While studying accessories design at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), I took my first yoga class—and was instantly transformed. Yoga has remained a grounding force in my life ever since.
I’ve spent over 25 years in the fashion industry as a Design Director, where I’ve led creative teams, developed global collections, and built brands with vision and intention. This experience deeply informs my work today—I bring the same level of artistry, innovation, and discipline to my wellness offerings as I do to design. I understand what it means to balance high-pressure environments with self-care, and I help others do the same.
Through Trigg Life, I offer private and group yoga classes, life coaching, and in-school yoga programs that integrate movement, mindfulness, and creative expression. My mission is to share the tools that have empowered and enlightened me, so you can navigate life with clarity, resilience, and grace. Whether you’re just beginning or a seasoned yogi, there’s space for you here.
